Rachel Alina is an award winning mix engineer and Berklee Faculty Member who has worked in every music production scenario imaginable, with artists ranging from Katy Perry and P!nk to Helado Negro and Gabriel Garzón-Montano.

Rachel's dream of becoming a music creator started early as she worked alongside two renowned industry figures back to back: Shelly Yakus and Greg Wells. Rachel then collaborated with another industry legend, Henry Hirsch, before setting up her studio in the hustle and bustle of New York City mixing records for artists across the globe.

Eventually, Rachel discovered her perfect spot for creating music is at the beach outside of the city, where she not only mixes records but also mentors aspiring producers and mixers from around the world.

In her spare time Rachel enjoys a daily meditation practice, being with family and friends, and drinking way too much tea. Rachel's favorite words are uplift and altruism, and she is passionate about building a better world for music creators.
